Let’s get behind our local restaurants and cafes during Burleigh Sunday Sounds 2024! Plenty of dining options available with some extending their trading hours, others are offering SPECIALS in-house or for takeaway!
Memorial Park in Burleigh Heads. This park is adjacent to the famous eating and shopping precincts of James Street and Connor Street. If using google maps, you can put in the address: 1686 Gold Coast Hwy, Burleigh Heads QLD 4220.
This is a public event and admission is free. Tickets are not required.
No – this event is within Memorial Park.
This is a local event for the local community so we envisage most attendees will walk/scooter/bike to the event area. There is limited car parking around the venue and side streets but would encourage people to use public transport or ride share where possible. Alex Black Carpark is also a short walk away. In the interest of community safety and to avoid parking infringements, please follow the City Parking Guidelines.
Please check out translink for more info. Alternatively, taxi/uber/rideshare or make your journey active and walk, ride, scoot or skate to the event. Please plan accordingly.
Attendees can bring their pets as it’s a public space but please ensure they’re in your control and on leads at all times. Please note however, there will be a lot of people, and loud noises from audio speakers, so it might be worthwhile re-considering before bringing your furry friend.
No. This is a public event and alcohol is not permitted to be consumed onsite.
If you find or lose something – please go to the Event Managers information tent on the day. After the event, any lost property will be kept at The Events Agency HQ for 21 days.
Yes, photographers and videographers may be present and by attending this event, you consent to be photographed, filmed and/or otherwise recorded and to the release, publication, or reproduction of the photographs and/or recordings without restriction or compensation.
